In Learning to Fly, Part 1, he is seen discussing Tara going off school property without permission from a teacher. When Kat covers for her, he asks Tara to perform the solo Miss Raine told him about.
In Behind Barres, Mr. Kennedy takes Christian to his office to call his brother who isn't answering his calls, so Mr. Kennedy has no choice but to make Christian stay at the Academy.
